Super Flat Belly Exercises According To Dr Oz

3. Twist and Squat: Stand using your feet apart and hold your arms up perpendicular on the floor as if you were lifting barbells. Twist your system to at least one side and when you twist lower your knees to some squat then gradually raise the body up as you release the twist and relax. Start off with 10 of those to one side then 10 to the next.
In a nut shell, these are the exercises Dr. Oz recommends to overcome the battle from the bulge. Now, I’m not sure whether these exercises are effective outside of the sanctity of Dr. Oz’s entire program yet it’s curious that this traditional belly busting work outs are not included. Should these exercises act as promised this might indeed be described as a major breakthrough in the fight the bulge. It is not clear whether this transformation in your bodies is because of inactivity or signs and symptoms of underlying illnesses like hypertension and diabetes, but any treatment that may effectively remedy this issue will be welcomed by everyone.
